Due to the custom-made nature of our clip-on products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.

2. Warranty Coverage
We stand by the quality of our products and offer the following warranty for defective items:

  • Metal Components: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Lenses: 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Terms:

  • The warranty applies only to defects arising from the manufacturing process and does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase and report the defect within the warranty period.

3. How to Claim Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with:

  • A clear description of the defect.
  • Photos of the defective item.
  • Proof of purchase.

Our team will assess the claim and determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. Repairs or replacements will be provided at our discretion.
